Dubai -We are currently looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our team in Dubai - to assist us in serving rapidly our growing client base. The Quantity Surveyor shall assist the Senior Quantity Surveyor on completing various assignments. And, will be reporting directly to the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Core Responsibilities: Provision of Quantity Surveying Services Provision of Contract Administration Provision of Pre-contract services Assistance in claims preparation Keeping adequate and timely records Attending meetings are required Reporting to Senior Quantity Surveyor as required. Expected Competencies: Minimum 5 years of post graduate experience; Experience in building and/or infrastructure projects Post and pre contracts Experience Experience in procurement management & tendering procedures; Working with small and/ or mediums sized teams; Computer knowledge of software applications related to Quantity Surveying practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English. Expected Educational and Professional Background: University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as: Quantity Surveying, Procurement or Construction Management; Professionally qualified in MRICS is an added advantage.
