Dubai -Full-time, PermanentThe key responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to; Customer negotiations, both on new credit facilities being offered and in situations where there is an existing outstanding balance or debt issue. Constant review of the company's cashflow and balance sheet, ensuring that at no stage does the business enter a position of high risk. Review of accounts compiled by your team, support for them on an ongoing basis to ensure they are completing their work to an appropriate standard. Working as a Business Partner to communicate with non-financial areas of the business, ensuring they are aware of and have a clear understanding of the impact of their work upon the wider financial health of the company. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will demonstrate; Fluency in Arabic. Minimum of 5 years management experience. Significant Finance Business Partnering experience. Experience of directly managing a large credit function, with clear examples of the impact you delivered upon both aged debt figures and overall outstanding balances, and how. Previous experience in a Finance Manager / Controller role. Experience of delivering variance analysis to senior leadership. Significant experience of working with USGAAP.
