Dubai -Key Accountability: Develop and implement a measurable and targeted Service/Recurring Revenue plan for the area of responsibility Manage/retain existing key accounts related to Service & Maintenance/Subscription Model and add new key accounts on regular basis Achieve objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance and projecting future performance Ensure compliance of corporate policies, procedures and standard Identify detailed customer requirements as they relate to offering service & maintenance in a recurring model Work closely with sales, project management, engineering and product management in both the First Fit and the Aftermarket business to develop the overall product offering to maximize the opportunity for service contracts and recurring revenue Develop/implement Contracts/Guidelines with the help of Commercial Department Product management/marketing Develop presentations & marketing toolkits of new/existing service offering in coordination with Marketing team Update/develop service catalogs/service web pages periodically in coordination with Marketing team Commercial & Pricing Excellence: To coordinate with all stake holders in implementing regional Recurring Revenue Program Develops and implements policies Oversees customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution Develops and implements procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Service Department Monitors programs and procedures to ensure on-time response and customer satisfaction Maintains in-depth working knowledge of ASSA ABLOY's products, services and companies processes Sets performance standards to meet service goals of company Coaches Customer Service Team in order to achieve high performance Structures the training agenda for department members Provides feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Provides feedback to Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes Works continually towards self-development to stay current on latest door and hardware standards, local building codes, customer service, sales and supervisory procedures & practices Responds to customer inquiries and problem solving in a professional and effective way Performs other related duties as assigned Identifying and Reporting revenue realization on monthly basis Strategic tie ups with local civil defense authorities & insurance companies to embrace our solutions Case Studies: To create new service business related case studies in coordination with Marketing Team on regular basis Required Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Prior UAE sales experience of at least 5 years in Door/ Ironmongery industry Organization and planning skills Excellent command in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) UAE driving license is a must Excellent communication & analytical skills; should be fluent in spoken and written English
