Must have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in the UAE and have a demonstrable portfolio of works that cover Mixed use, Residential, Commercial etc. My Client is looking for a proactive leader someone who can drive projects through from the front and has excellent sight experience also. His/Her design concepts are driven by gaining a deeper understanding of the historical context of sites and city, along with an exploration of opportunities afforded by a building’s specific programmatic requirements Has the ability to foster a design culture and work environment that is focused on creativity and collaboration, ensuring that all voices are heard during the design process. He/She must be actively engaged in the firm’s expanding practice He/She has ability to manage the lower tier colleagues and assist them to achieve their targets Excellent English is required Arabic is an advantage but not essential
