Abu DhabiAED4,000 - AED6,000 a monthMOBILE TECHNICIAN iOS/ ANDROID Performs device/ chip level repair on smartphones and tablets. Backup & restore of mobile devices. Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs in a professional manner. Manages inventory levels and places orders as needed. Implements device repair strategies. Handles issues with professionalism and care. Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored. Understands and follows all operational policies and procedures relating to safety and security of the device related matters. Ensure that the data confidentiality is maintained. Contributes positively to a team environment. Provide product troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on iOS and Android devices. Manage parts receipt, tracking and distribution process. This includes staying alert to Loss Prevention issues and using checks and balances based on processes and reports. Perform any other duties assigned by Department Head.MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPER iOS/ ANDROID Develop mobile iOS/ android applications based on the requirements. Integrate mobile applications with back-end RESTful services. Understanding of importance of maintainable/ sustainable product solutions. Architect android mobile applications and design best practices. Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues and defects through collaboration and monitoring application performance. Develop, maintain and test iOS business applications using Cocoapods, Objective-C, Swift, Core Data, RESTful APIs and various third-party frameworks. Work closely with Department Head in defining and analyzing requirements and outline proposed technology solutions. Participate and provide subject matter expertise in mobile product design to deliver best-in-class applications. Establish procedures and best-practices for mobile application development practice. Accountable for high-availability of products supported. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Write functional and unit tests in order to maintain code quality. Perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed and quality standards are met. Perform any other duties assigned by Department Head.Skills and Competencies Good communication in English, Arabic will be an added advantage.
