Senior Product Owner - Oracle EBS - SwissGulf Partners-Dubai
Dubai -Our industry leading Client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with extensive knowledge of ERP (Oracle EBS) implementations. You are the “front door” to your teams, feeding team backlogs with work spread across: feature, function, non functional (NFR), BAU, Technical Debt, spikes and ceremonies. As a result, you will need to constantly juggle and prioritise the different types of work flowing into the team, making decisions and ensuring they meet the objectives of the Program Increment (PI) Skills Needed: Proven track record of (8+ years) successful ERP implementations in a client facing Product Owner/Lead Functional Consultant capacity. Proven implementation experience in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 modules Oracle Procurement, Oracle iProcurement, Oracle iSupplier, Oracle Inventory Prior experience on upgrade projects to E-Business Suite R12.2 Prior experience on Source to Contract applications (e.g. Oracle, Ariba, Zycus) would be considered an asset Must be able to demonstrate usage of enterprise design thinking tools and techniques Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the story content, acceptance criteria definition, and end story ‘sign off’ across team backlogs, ensuring prepared on time for future PI’s, refined frequently with the entire team, and prioritised accordingly in alignment with other team backlogs Ensures Technical Debt and NFR’s are captured, refined, and prioritised across all sprints Captures additional BAU, Ceremony, and Spike activities, and incorporates into team backlogs, within the boundaries of available capacity Prepare contribution to PI demo, in conjunction with other applicable Product Owners Maintain the quality and integrity of features within their technical and team boundaries, ensuring identification and contribution of risks and dependencies back to the Product Portfolio backlog Defines metrics to measure the success and performance of prioritised work, ensuring any further BAU iterations can be proposed and prioritised accordingly within the boundaries of available capacity Creates and maintains roadmaps for their team, decomposed from the overall portfolio roadmaps, ensuring the teams have a visualisation of their own plan (target 12 months) Benefits: Tax Free Salary Relocation Flight Visa Private Medical Insurance Annual Return Flight Holiday and Sick Pay Please note this is on a 12-month rolling contract basis and is based in Dubai -.
