Dubai -AED2,000 - AED4,000 a monthThis role is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading multinational design / construction / engineering consultancy & contracting company.Ideal candidate should be 3- 5 years experienced in construction industry, well versed in Microsoft excel, and tally or peach tree accounting soft wares with very good PR abilities and well versed with Insurance companies and Banks different financial approvals procedures including Loans, Invoice approvals, over drafting facilities, Guarantees against advances, Performance bonds.Experience, and Qualifications:1)He / She will be responsible to Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Managing all the financial information related to a company daily operations as book keeping, audits, salaries, all kind of procurement and projects account. He will be responsible to keep track of each and every finance related issue including project's expenses and assets and provides regular reports on whether the project is over or under budget. Individuals in this position should know how to plan and budget finances by different aspects.2) Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.3) Report to management regarding the finances of establishment in prospect of all above mentioned.4) Establish formats, tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.5) Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.This is a great opportunity to be part of a highly skilled and creative team with one of UAE leading design & contracting firm.
