Dubai -Our home health care agency is rapidly expanding and we are hiring a Home Health Nurse effective immediately. We are looking for female registered nurses/ midwives. Nurses would provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes. Patients who need home health nursing may be elderly, disabled, or terminally ill, but they may also be recovering from an injury or accident or living with a chronic disease. Home health nurses will also work with pregnant women and new mothers and their newborns to provide ongoing care, education, and support. A home health nurse is expected to carry out the following: Make an initial health evaluation and individualized plan of careAdminister medications and assist with pain managementClean and dress woundsDocument symptoms and vital signsMonitor patient health and update care plan accordinglyhandle tracheostomy, ventilation and suctioning and rehabilitation of patients. Successful home health nurses must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication and problem-solving skills. The post holder will be wholly accountable for all UAE Direct Personal Insurance marketing activities – from development of plans and forecasts together with internal business stakeholders to execution.There is a significant focus on digital – including SEM, SEO, Email, SMS, social media(paid and organic), as well as programmatic display. The person in role will also be a digital expert within the region who will support other markets such as KSA and Oman.There is a desire to create a shift within the portfolio from offline channels to online to reduce cost to serve and to keep with current offline to online customer trends. So the post holder will need to demonstrate overall cost effectiveness in terms of MROI, but at the same time user led in approach.The role will be responsible for marketing intelligence and insight, strategy, planning, brand, content and all e- communications and campaigns.
