The main goal of this role is to: Communicate with clients in a clear, concise and polite manner to ensure they are respected regardless of age, gender, race, colour or cultureTake note of any message the client has and convey that message to the concerned staffTo drive the company vehicle to provide efficient, reliable and quality service in accordance with Roads and Transport Authority RegulationsCollection of cheques from Clients and all other required documentsCommunicate with Sr. QS for all assigned cheque collectionsEmployment visa documents for pick up or delivery to sponsorOffice equipment maintenance coordination including repairs and pick-up or delivery as neededCollection of various documents, e.g., insurance policies, bank documents and cheque depositsRegistration and/or Renewal Processing of company owned vehicles, including insuranceReport any issues to the staff who assigned the jobLiaise with different government agencies or outside offices in special assignments as required.
