The Role: An Exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager has arisen within the Wound Care Sales Team. This driven and dynamic individual will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, as well as existing accounts for the Molnlycke Health Care Wound Care brands. Passionate with delivering excellent service, you will work closely with suppliers and customers helping to maximise sales and contribution growths. Key Responsibilities: Effectively plan and prioritise sales activities and customer contact, deliver sales targets, achieving business objectives using agreed company sales tools and systems to analyse, report and monitor. Use available sales figures to identify and prioritise target accounts and develop action plan to maximise sales and grow the business. Initiate sales and marketing activities in line with the activity plan in order to exploit business opportunities so that sales and profit targets can be met. Negotiate contracts / tenders with the defined customers, including pricing, in line with guidelines and procedures in order to meet customer needs and company objectives. Cooperate with the distributor/partners teams in terms of alignment and day to day activities, projects and sales. Support the customer in areas outside the products like logistics, complaint handling etc. in order to meet customer needs and company objectives. Qualifications & Experience: Several years’ experience as account manager, sales manager, sales supervisor or a similar commercial role. Medical background/education in any discipline Relevant healthcare experience preferably within a wound care or medical device environment. Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
