SharjahAED5,000 - AED8,000 a monthJob DescriptionAbout the JobAct as the main technical supervisor on the construction site for stone works in coordination with foreman,masons,subcontractors,and operatives.Coordinate all quantity surveying and invoice preparation works.Plan setting out leveling and surveying on site,checking plans,drawing,and quantities for accuracy of calculations.Prepare cutting orders and coordinate with factory for requisition of materials as per design requirements in site.Ensure that all materials used and works performed are as per specifications.Oversee the selection and requisition of materials.Suggest cost-effective solutions and proposals on site.Manage,monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client,technical,and/or consultant.Liaise with any consultants,subcontractors,supervisors,planners,quantity surveyors,Site Engineers and the general workforce involved in the project.Plan the work and efficiently organize site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.Preparing daily reports of progress as required.Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.Additional Information:Engineer will be expected to be present on as per requirements.Attractive salary package.Job RequirementsWork experience 2 to 5 years.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant field.Must have experience in coordinating site activities for Marble and Granite installation and finishing.Ability to travel.Excellent in Auto-CADSolid understanding of project life cycle and contraction activities.Good command of spoken and written English and (Arabic would be a plus point)Proficient in MS office applications.Strong project management skills.Proficient in project scheduling,resource leveling,and activity analysis.Ability to work independently and lead project deliverable and organizational skills.Strong dynamic personality.Valid UAE driving license.Salary: Negotiable,Attractive package includes accommodation and transportation.Job Type: Full-timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED5,000.00 to AED8,000.00 /monthExperience:Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)

Provide support to Human Resources Manager and Director. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards. Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Minimum one year’s clerical or secretarial experience, preferably in a human resources environment. Education: High school diploma. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy; prioritize, organize and follow-up; be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment; follow directions thoroughly; understand a guest’s service needs; work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team; work with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products; ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute. Language: Required to speak, read and write English, with fluency in other languages preferred.
