About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly talented andexperienced Hospitality professional to join the Pre-opening team at ZabeelHouse, The Greens. The purpose of this role is to supervise all operational aspectsof a specific Outlet(s) within the F&B department including the developmentand performance management of colleagues, optimizing profits and increasingsales. Assumes full responsibility of a specific shift in the absence ofthe Outlet Manager / Assistant Outlet Manager. Your main duties will include the following: Ensures that all activitiesadhere to and support the Company International Quality Management System. Maintains working knowledge andfollows departmental Standard Operating Procedures at all times.
