Mobile Service Operation Manager - (Payment Operation) - Fircroft Duabi-Dubai
Dubai -Full-time, PermanentThe Role: Have revenue responsibility for the MENA region, including hitting target quota annually.Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap to both internal and external key stakeholders.Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and partner teams to plan, build and launch high-quality products and campaigns that matches multiple interests.Interface with a diverse set of functions (Operation, Payments, Growth, Risk & Fraud) within target organizations, including C-Level executivesBuild a robust pipeline of prospects, and achieve targets by working closely with the global business development and operations teamSensitive in identifying high revenue potential APPs/Game in MENA region, and collaborate with BD team to import it in. Requirements: 5- 7 years of relevant work experience in the areas of product operation/business operation in Mobile Internet Industry across MENA region.Experience of developing and executing online/offline event/activities.Expert knowledge and experience of mobile service(Game/APPs) industry trends and practices preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills including experience interacting with customer or clients in both Arabic and English.Proven work experience in mobile service operation management/business development.Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationPassion for Game/APPs.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisionsWork in TOP Content Provider (Mobile Games/APPs) is plus.Travel – as necessary About Fircroft: Fircroft has been placing people in specialist technical industries for approaching half a century, focusing on mid to senior level engineers for contract and permanent roles worldwide.
