Dubai -My client is a leading IT Group is currently looking for a Strategic Account Manager (Smart Solutions) to join their team in Dubai -. You would be responsible for identifying leads, engaging in business development with strategic business partners and closing deals. The ideal candidate would come from a Systems Integrator background, and have extensive experience in managing large government customers as well as enterprise partners while seamlessly communicating and navigating such organizations at all levels. The Strategic Account Manager will report to the Deputy Executive Director, and work very closely with the senior management on strategic accounts and special projects. Responsible for developing new business with assigned strategic accounts and closing target Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, prioritized industries and third-party Maintain relationship with existing clients a d attempt to upsell/expand portfolio whenever Develop sales and technical presentations for proposed solutions in collaboration with solution management and Perform presentations, discussions and negotiations with C-level executives and senior government Assist customers whenever possible in issuing the RFP to ensure high match between the technical specifications of the provided solutions to the tender technical requirements to maintain high degree of Responsible for the bid management Manage Pre-sales support and hand over pertinent information for identified tenders and opportunities on a timely basis. Responsible for business feasibility studies for new initiatives and projects, reviewing technical proposals and developing commercial Liaise with Operations to hand over awarded contracts along with all project details and requirement Maintain presence in relevant trade shows, represent the company and manage Responsible for entering any required information in the CRM Requirements: Degree in Business Administration or Computer Engineering / Technical Background and MBA are a plus. Cumulative experience of 10+ years, with at least 5 within similar role. Proven expertise in managing strategic accounts in the public and private sector across the MENA region and closing large to mega-scale Established know-how in different project models such as BOT, PPP, frame, and direct Demonstrated proficiency in account mapping and lobbying within large government and private sector organizations across all Effective management of channel partners as well as technology Practical experience in conducting and evaluating business feasibility studies, reviewing technical proposals and developing commercial Excellent communication, presentation and negotiations skills in English and Arabic; French is a plus Good understanding of finance and accounting principles, especially budgeting Having subject matter expertise in at least three of the following domains, with a good level of familiarity within the others: Electronic / Smart Government (e-Services, ESB/GSB, ) Enterprise Business Applications (ECM, Case Management, e-Correspondence, ) Electronic Payment (EBPP, Prepaid System, WPS, Clearing House, ) Logical Security Systems Physical Security Systems (Access Control, Surveillance, ANPR, ) Homeland Security / Law Enforcement Systems Transportation Management (ITS, Tolling, Public Transportation, ) Insurance and Medical Claims Management

Manager – Enrolments and Marketing - -Dubai

Dubai -About the Role To manage the development and implementation of marketing and enrolment strategies to achieve enrolment targets and other admissions related KPIs in assigned GEMS schools. This is achieved through collaboration with GEMS Marketing support services, school in-house teams and key corporate and school stakeholders. Manage all aspects of the Enrolment Lifecycle to ensure parent satisfaction, ease of application and consistency across GEMS schools. Develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies to meet or exceed total enquiry and cost per enquiry targets. Establish and manage Front of House short and long range goals, KPIs and objectives to ensure achievement of business objectives. Liaise with GEMS Marketing support functions as an enrolment subject matter expert to drive content and targeting strategies to achieve enrolment and brand objectives for assigned GEMS schools.
