Dubai -Israel Country Manager – Service, Sales & Delivery. (Based Tel Aviv) The Role The Country Manager is responsible for driving the Service, Sales and Delivery strategy and operations in Israel. They will hire and develop Managers within their organization, develop high-performing and cohesive teams, drive motivation and retention and ensure Tesla in Israel is recognized as a top employer. The Country Manager contributes and drives decisions on our real estate footprint, takes accountability for achieving ambitious Service and Sales/Delivery targets and ensures the business performs on key success criteria including: outstanding customer satisfaction, fix first time and profitability. Connecting the customer experience through Sales, Delivery and Service. Responsibilities Work with Emerging Markets team to set up in country operations. Liaise with the government where required Engage suppliers where appropriate to assist in market set up Responsible for monitoring costs in the market to enhance net profitability Responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service interaction through virtual, mobile and physical service appointments, maximising the productivity across all resources. Influence effective allocation and coordination of resources locally including support functions: communications, marketing, service, etc. Collaborate closely with central (HQ-based) Service, Sales, Delivery & Logistics operations & performance functions to ensure aligned strategy and seamless execution in the field. Hire, develop, lead and motivate a service, sales and delivery team. Lead their team to deliver an excellent customer experience across the whole value chain from first contact with the brand/ product to ongoing ownership experience Identify, develop and execute activities, to develop the market, expand the customer base and ultimately drive leads, sales/orders, deliveries Actively participate in the strategic design of our charging infrastructure footprint in the market to enable sales and engage customers. Collaborate and assist in managing the real estate strategy, from location search to opening - across the portfolio of retail, delivery, service and office locations. Facilitate growing community of Tesla owners and create opportunities for brand building Collaborate closely with Service, Communications, Operations and other functions to support company goals Contribute to broader European service, sales and delivery strategy and initiatives, engage in the network of European Service, Sales and Delivery Managers, share and leverage best practices across borders.
