Dubai -Full-time, PermanentThe Role: Job Purpose: (why job exists / what it must achieve) To lead division operations in various aspects of 4Ps, including Product, Pricing, Promotion, Trade Marketing and Supply chain operations Reporting directly to the HOD, the positions shall closely develop/monitor/expand the business in order to strengthen the product capability in the market Key Objectives: (E.g. Product launches) Develops local launching plan (LLP), sets target launch date and performs sample managementDrives key campaigns across regions supporting trade/retail promotion calendarsSetting up of a full product training program for partners' staff, brand field force and dealersAdheres to RHQ and HQ guidelines and acts as brand custodian Operations, forecasting & reporting management Responsible for P&L management, including managing SD, Marketing expenses and profitabilityAccountable for SC operations and forecasting product demandOversees the trend analysis, Market assessment and competitive landscapePreparing the subsidiary management/RHQ/HQ reports Scope: (Provide details of any scope data relevant to the role e.g. the net sales that the role supports / generates or budget responsibility).
