HR Supervisor (Tyre, South Lebanon- based) - Mac Group-Dubai
Dubai -Apply the breadth of your human resources skills and be the face of our HR Department in Tyre, South Lebanon! You will play an integral role in facilitating the day-to-day human resources activities in the operations with a direct reporting line to the Project Manager and a functional reporting line to the Group HR Manager based in Dubai -. As an HR Supervisor, you will be the link between the management and the employees. You will spearhead the implementation of HR plans, programs and various employee-related matters in the operations. Your key responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop, implement and update human resources programs, policies and processes to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory laws and organization’s standard Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process by providing support in recruitment planning and ensure internal recruitment processes are followed in order to ensure the right candidates are selected for employment Develop induction and training programmes on HR processes and soft skills to employees as and when required in order to ensure awareness of Company’s basic policies and procedures, Code of Business Ethics and Condyct, and assist in employee development Administer employee benefit programs, including but not limited to: leaves, insurance, NSSF (National Social Security Fund), end of service, etc. Manage the entire performance management process by providing support to managers and employees in completing the forms and providing summary information with areas of concern to the Project Manager and Corporate HR Manager in order to ensure the performance evaluation of all employees takes place Prepare documents linked to payroll in coordination with payroll provider to ensure that monthly payroll process are done accurately and timely Prepare HR related reports and analysis to support different departments in making decisions, completing bid requirements and others Maintain proper filing of personnel files to ensure an up-to-date and complete employee records Draft and prepare internal communications related to company announcement and holidays in order to provide employees with important company updates and initiatives Serve as a resource and advocate for HR related concerns in order to provide direction to employees on queries related to employee relations, benefits and policies Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field 3+ years’ of experience in HR generalist role Knowledge of Lebanese Labour Law Must be fluent in English, Arabic, and French languages The above qualifications with excellent HR knowledge are all essential for this role, but we’re also interested in your personality and potential too!
