About The Role We are looking for a Product Manager that will be responsible for the entire life cycle of the product and ensure that all product initiatives support the company's strategy. This role requires a highly motivated individual that can clearly demonstrate problem solving communication, collaboration and prioritization skills. Responsibilities Manage the product development cycle from the ideation to release. Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolutions. Understanding analytics and having the ability to translate data insights into product decisions. Maintaining and grooming the product backlog so that it is aligned with product vision. Monitoring the Scrum frameworks rituals and processes. Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work. About You Proven Product Management experience in any well-known software environment. Certified of CSM, CSPO or any equivalent certification. Passionate about ideologies like Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup etc. Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs. Solid understanding the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
