Account Relationship Manager Job Description: F&I sales- Lead and develop a team of high performing Finance & Insurance Managers across the UAE for a specified brand (s) working in collaboration with the brand sales management team. You will be responsible for driving the achievement of set Finance & Insurance KPIs, meeting monthly and quarterly targets, whilst maintaining a high level of both customer and employee engagement. Project work- Develop and lead sales and process related work packages and subprojects within the implementation of the captive finance operation to ensure sales processes are optimized and product value proposition is maximized.
