We need someone who has experience in bringing and building contracts with other companies, hospitals, hotels, malls, etc. (preferable experience with cleaning companies) This person would be expected to:Generate leads.Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.Prepare weekly and monthly reports.Give service presentations to a range of prospective clients.Understand and promote company programs.Obtain deposits and balance of payment from clients.Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.Visit clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.Maintain client records.Experience:Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
