Dubai -We are seeking an experienced, passionate BCBA for a full-time position in Dubai -, working with a high functioning teenage boy who has a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.The applicant must be enthusiastic, creative and energetic and provide supervision to the child’s Registered Behaviour Technicians. The candidate must show initiative and be able to design and provide high-quality 1:1 tailored therapy sessions to support the student in all aspects of his life, with a strong emphasis on social communication and behaviour management. The candidate must be fun, social and active with experience and willingness to partake in after school and weekend activities for the child. The successful applicant will be fully committed at helping the student to make outstanding progress and reach his full potential.A highly competitive tax-free salary is on offer for outstanding candidates. Additional benefits include: Private health insurance, one return flight home per year and 25 days paid holiday.Position Responsibilities and Requirements: Designing and overseeing the entire individualized program for the student, to include setting, implementing, day-to-day management, reviewing, assessing and providing feedback for the student’s personalised learning targetsSupervising behaviour techniciansDesigning specialized social and behavioural intervention services for the studentReview and provide feedback on progress reports and run regular meetings to ensure the child’s progress is accurately reflectedRemain current on new research and developments in behaviour analysis and related fieldDesired Skills and Qualifications: Credential from the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a BCBAHolds a Masters Degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Education, or PsychologyThe candidate should have a passion and expertise in Behaviour Analysis and Verbal Behaviour based instruction, preferably holding a minimum of 3 years’ experience in supervising high quality Verbal Behaviour programs and adopting them to individual programsExperience of coordinating and working within a multidisciplinary teamCompensation and Benefits: Competitive tax-free Salary (negotiable and dependant on experience)Private Health Insurance25 days paid holidayOne return flight to home country every 12 monthsAll Visa requirements and licensing paidJob Type: Full-timeExperience:BCBA: 3 years (Preferred)
