Dubai -We are working on behalf of a long established organisation, who has strong links to the Financial Services sector in Dubai -, both relating to General insurance and Life Assurance products. Arabic speaking candidates would be desirable but not mandatory. Our clients is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to support our regional activity by providing administration support. You will have general administration experience with a sound understanding of operational practices. You will provide operational, administrative and events support to the Middle East Regional Director. You will be based in Dubai - and travel will not be required. This role involves excellent organisational and prioritisation skills due to the wide range of activities this role will have accountability for. You will have experience of working with both sensitive and confidential information. This role will be supporting several directors covering the international region with internal and external stakeholders. You will have good attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will have an excellent working knowledge of IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and internet
