You are an experienced investment and insurance product sales professional with a proven sales training and coaching background.The role will be Dubai - based and a high portion of the training will be classroom focused although travel to some of the other company offices may well be required from time to time.The sales trainer responsibilities, among others, will include:Prepare and effectively train the next generation of financial advisors for my client.WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Sales Training Manager, you will manage the T&D team, design and deliver approved trainingprogrammes in line with business needs for peak performance of the front line sales consultants, salesmanagers & staff; utilizing a tactical and hands-on approach.
