Taking responsibilities of the receptionist (answering calls, controlling incoming and outgoing correspondence & emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supply stock, arranging parking cards, business cards) and performing necessary administrative functions.Strong knowledge in company formations and communication with DMCC, confident DMCC Platform user, which is the must to perform a license renewal, company information updates, company structural changes and so on.Handling HR responsibilities (getting visas for new employees, visa renewals, arranging insurances, supervising staff attendance and responsible for the instruction of new joiners, oversee administrative staff, office girl, driver etc.).Liaise with facility management (including security, cleaners, maintenance company), Dewa, Ejari, Etisalat, Concordia and different Authorities when required.Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organized, detail oriented with e great time management skills.
