Dubai -Job SummaryLooking for a A/C technician with at least 5-6 years GULF experience with maintenance, repairing and installation of All kinds of AC's . Must be able troubleshoot and diagnose faults quickly. Should have strong knowledge of maintenance of chiller FCU, 5 ton Ducted Split AC, Cassette type AC, Package AC, wall mounted split and Window AC. Complete Electrical wiring , Compressor installation, Gas welding, threading, NITROGEN FLUSHING etc. Skills such as Ducting, electrical brazing, chiller FCU installation will be added advantage .Should also know about industrial refrigerators, chillers, deep freezers, Home appliances like washing machine and Home refrigeratorsResponsibilities and DutiesWill be a leader of a team of 2-3 members of a Mobile unitManaging multiple complaints and solving them at the same point.Covering many complaints at different sites all over Dubai -.Managing our AMC sites with regular Servicing and making of ppm reports.Quick decision making.Dealing with customers and attending their queries.Generating invoices on the site etc.Qualifications and SkillsDiploma/Certificate in relevant field.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED2,000.00 to AED2,500.00 /monthEducation:Diploma (Required)Location:Dubai - (Preferred)

Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, resources, and risk for medium to large projects2. Leads the project team in determining client requirements and translating requirements into operational plans.3. Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of resources to meet project and requirementsIn-Depth knowledge of interior Fit-out, Civil and MEP is mandatory3. Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on activities related to the project.4. Develops project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan5. Undertakes status review meetings among project team members and clients6.
