Dubai -Should Have sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements, Proficient in Process mapping, Improvement, Project Management,EFQM, Six Sigma and lead auditor qualification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001/ISO 27001/ISO 22301/ISO 50001.Must have Consultancy experience across all sectors such as Oil & Gas, EPIC, MEP, Electronics & telecommunications, Engineering services, Construction industry, Pharmaceuticals, Hospitals, Construction projects, and Power projectsThe position includes the following tasks responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Gap assessment .Preparation of QHSE Documents like Risk Assessment for clients, Environment Aspect Impact Register, Work Instructions, Method of Statement and procedures to improve company business processes in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 , ISO 22301 and ISO 50001 and related trainings for awareness ,implementation, risk assessment ,internal auditor .conducting internal audits and closure of NC and supporting the clients for certification.Business Process Re-engineering: Manage the creation/revision and set-up of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) thru the use of best and acceptable business standards and Quality tools (ISO)Conduct regular process review and analysis using Six Sigma Methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement and Control) for business performance and customer satisfaction improvements.Manage the transition procedure prior to the implementation of changes in new system and processes.Provide recommendations and support to management in business excellence and Understand excellence and quality market best practices and provide recommendations Liaise with department heads to ensure all documents policies and procedures are implemented in line with ISO standardsReview non-conformance flagged during audits and ensure action is takenManage the cycle of business excellence functions and ensure that indicatives are implemented Coordinate with dept heads to communicate indicatives and report to management on compliance RequirementsComputer literate including advanced Word Outlook Excel Database and PowerPoint skillsWith 10-12 years, Gulf Experience will be preferred.Ability to deliver under pressure, effectively prioritize andmultitask.Fluency in written and spoken English with an engineering degree.Preferably with knowledge of Arabic.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED8,000.00 to AED12,000.00 /monthExperience:Management Consulting: 8 years (Preferred)
