Assists Ware House Supervisor in efficiently performing Ware House Operation to provide professional service to the customers & achieve company objectives Principal Accountabilities 1) Responsible to receive and dispatch of goods 2) Responsible for Handling and stacking of all the stocks 3) Warehouse maintenance and cleaning 4) Responsible for stock custody, and accountable to any shortages and/or discrepancies 5) Monitor pest control 6) Ensure waste disposal 7) Check shipments received against bills of lading, purchase orders or other documents to verify correctness of incoming shipments, and conduct required goods inspection 8) Documentation and record-keeping 9) Report all damaged and near expiry stocks 10)Daily / Weekly / Monthly inventory report 11)Ensure & maintain cycle count accuracy 12)Plan and schedule correct and timely delivery of materials, ensure smooth material flow & practice FIFO 13)Control, monitoring and improving the day to day activities of the warehouse 14)Ensure safe keeping and control accurately of good received and delivery 15)Constantly keep the store in an ordering manner clean and maintain safety & security Minimum Requirement Degrees & Education: Diploma/Degree Knowledge & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Store Keeping Advanced MS Office Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language – oral and written) Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. The Position: To provide full support to all customers visiting Al Futtaim Motors. To be the first point of contact to welcome and identify customers’ needs. Ensure customers are given the Worlds Warmest Welcome when entering the branch. To guarantee 100% Score in the performance indicators. Establish the reason for customer visit and direct to appropriate department ensuring the customer needs have been met which in turn will guarantee 100% score in performance indicators Responsible to ensure all customers with appointments are directed to the correct Service Advisor. The aim is to give a smooth transition from entering the branch to introduction to Service Advisor in turn making sure the customer receives a professional service. Ensure all customers receive a warm send off on exiting the branch. The aim is to make our customer feel acknowledged and to show that we care. Raise customer complaints and escalation to the Reception Manager in a timely manner to ensure customer receives complete solution to his problems/concerns. Ensuring all incoming phone calls are answered, appointments are scheduled/rescheduled based on customers by coordinating with Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
