Candidates who can join immediately or on a short short notice would be prefered for this vacancy. Salary : Aed 5,000 to Aed 6,000 per month + medical insurance + air tickets (biannually)

HR ADMINISTRATION: HR data base maintenance and ensure that all official documentation is up to date and in order, complying with the current legislation Support in payroll preparation and completion Preparation and control of employment contracts and requested HR documents Obtaining all required documentation for visa and labor card applications Interpreting and advising on employment legislation Working closely with departments in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures Monitoring Health & Safety activities Monitoring of medical insurance Coordination of the holiday leave utilization Handling internal and external reporting Support in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Administrator for INFORA and HR Manager (recruitment platform) OPERATIONAL: Recruitment - Conducting internal and external recruitment activities as required by business needs Preparation of Big Picture (Induction Program) for newly hired employees Training and Development Delivering training suggestions refer to the employees’ development needs. At the heart of what we do is operations, and it is a core area of the business. The role’s main focus will be on ensuring smooth operations, as well as continuous improvement of our business systems and processes. Your primary responsibilities include creating and executing project plans according to Blueground 's furnishing standards and brand style directions.
