RESPONSIBILITIES: Reception duties; answering the phone and manage bookings for rental inquiries (check-ins) General administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents Preparing real estate forms and documents Managing a client database and preparing reports. Maintaining client relations and ensuring the best customer service is provided. Should know how to create and manage listings on property portals such as Property Finder, Dubizzle, Bayut, etc.. Proficient on how to operate the CRM system REQUIREMENTS: Should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality or in any related field Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is a MUST Should have at least 2-3yrs experience as an administrative assistant in a real estate or hospitality industry.
