Dubai -Play your part Purpose: Responsible for different tasks assigned time to time basis in finance department. Ensure availability of accurate information in the systems Main Duties: Entering AP invoices to be in line with agreed contract terms Resolving issues with business users / Procurement relating to invoices. Coordinating with supplier on issues and resolving in the best interests of the company Maintaining files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with Company policy and accounting practices. Preparing monthly/quarterly schedules and ageing. Preparing accounting statements and reports for line manager Preparing ongoing vendor reconciliations as per agreed time frames. Manage reporting cycle, reconciliations and closing for all Oracle ledgers. Enter adjusting entries and ensure that control accounts are cleared and reconciliations are prepared periodically. Prepare cash flow forecasts for monthly / quarterly / annual reporting and ensure it is prepared timely and accurately. Preparation of Division and Entity monthly reporting packs. Preparation of reporting to Stakeholders and Owners in addition to preparation of adhoc internal management and external reports as required. Preparation of IFRS Statutory accounts. Preparation of VAT return reports Are you a Star?
