Reporting to the Consumer Sales – Team Leader, as a Insurance Sales Analyst / Benefits Analyst you will advise inbound prospects who have expressed interest in health insurance in the UAE. You will be responsible to help clients compare, buy, and use their health insurance with Bayzat Benefits. In your role, you will also act as a liaison between prospective clients, and the insurance companies. We are looking for a finance / accounting graduate, with at least 1-year experience in a financial services role transacting with customers. What will you be doing? End to End management of the collection activity for assigned accounts: Daily Review and prioritization of assigned collection cases Analysis of Outstanding Statements and Reconciliation with Insurers Payment follow ups with customers (Call and Emails) as per AR process Internal Escalation and Follow Up with Commercial and Operations Teams Coordination with Insurers on suspensions and legal cases Reporting of activity in collection dashboard and weekly team meeting Reconciliation of Insurance partners statements Meeting with Insurers and Key Customers Requirements to apply What are we looking for? 1 Year experience as an accountant or in a finance role Customer dealing or facing experience Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting tools Articulate Organization capabilities Strong attention to details Transactional/negotiation capabilities.
