Assistant Administration & Insurance Manager - iCare Logistics-Dubai

Dubai -Key Accountabilities Administration management Assists the line manager in developing Administration Policies and Procedures and implementing them in the company Supervises end-to-end functions of all current Administration categories including but not limited to Travel, Office and Pantry Supplies, Utilities, Telecom, Vehicles etc. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Motivates, trains and manages the direct reports and manages and monitors staff performance to ensure maximum efficiency Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes Helps develop and implement administration services improvement surveys Supervises distribution of centralized purchased items to all departments Supervises the relationship with travel partner Insurance management Develops and implements insurance policies and procedures Provides in depth and expert insurance related advice to internal stakeholders to ensure functional effectiveness of business Provides guidance and expertise in development of insurance clauses for the Company’s insurance policies Manages and monitors the handling of routine problems and inquiries directly relating to all insurance claims Manages all Insurance Brokers and insurance agencies that handle Seddiqi Insurances Creates databases and insurance reports and provides regular updates related to all claims to management Identifies and analyzes risks associated with all major insurance policies Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Line Manager Person Specifications To be considered as an Assistant Administration & Insurance Manager, you would: Hold a bachelors Degree in Business Administration Have atleast 7 years experience in Administration and Insurance Industry Have atleast 4 years managerial experience. Have an extensive understanding of all processes related to insurance management and claims including but not limited to Jeweler’s block, Property All Risk, Infidelity, Workman compensation, Employer’s liability, Life, Accident and Health. Have a detailed knowledge and understanding of the insurance market, insurance principles and understanding of the concept of risk and exposures
