Job Duties : Working directly with Head of Legal, oversee organizational contract development and management activities and enforce applicable business policies and procedures. Conduct contract strategy meetings to identify business requirements, facilitate pricing, timeline and deliverable discussions and obtain necessary stakeholder inputs. Working closely with procurement team, you will primarily be involved with supply agreements including goods, services, IT Equipment, SaaS, consultancy and resource supply. Develop and execute negotiation strategies and serve as primary organizational contact during contract negotiations. Create and maintain a contract management system for all contract records and manage renewals with relevant business areas. Ensure contractual risk is covered under business insurance policies liaising with insurance broker where necessary. Qualifications and requirements : Bachelor’s degree in business, law or other relevant field from reputable university. 3 years prior work experience in a contract management role. Experience in developing and applying processes and procedures for negotiations and drafting of contracts. Experience developing and using contract automation tools such as Contract Express. Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, both in one-on-one and group situations. Ability to analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions. Strong English verbal and written skills Strong legal and commercial awareness.
