Job Duties : Receiving Distributor Claims on transit damage & shortage On time placement of claims with service provider Co-ordination with service Provider for claims settlement Co-ordination with HQ for finalizing the service provider for Import & Export Data Management for the services required for inviting Quotes for Submission to HQ Co-ordination with service provider for contract signing Follow-up with service provider for POD & freight invoice Timely receiving of freight Invoices for shipments Receiving freight invoices and cross checking with Contract for discrepancy Assurance of correct Invoice & submission to Accounts Collection of monthly / Quarterly KPI reports from service provider. Quarterly review meetings with service provider Identifying bottleneck area and coordinate for solution Sharing KPI report with HQ Identifying potential service provider for new routes Getting competitive quotes & finalizing most effective service provider. Qualifications and requirements : Good knowledge on Import / Export of procedures and Customs Clearance Free Zone regulation of Documentation for Export & Import Good Knowledge on shipment Inco-Terms and Implications Knowledge on DGR & Hazard items shipment regulation Excellent knowledge of Transport Insurance & Good negotiation Skill Masters in Logistics Management Certifications in Logistics or any Similar would be added advantage On-hands with minimum 5 years experience.
