The scope of this position includes regional support responsibilities for customers in EEMEA, remote support calls for Agfa HealthCare customers in the region and will take part in the deployment of new systems as planned by the project manager Location: Dubai -, United Arab Emirates Main responsibilities: Providing (on-site or remotely) support to customers sites in the region Provide support to regional service teams with new product installations and upgrade support of Agfa HealthCare systems. Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction. Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. Occasionally travel to customers or other Agfa offices when needed to carry out duties or training. Education Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT-related field, Biometric Engineering Experience 3-5 years prior work experience in a technical customer support role in a healthcare/hospital or IT environment Specific skills Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner.
