Job Duties : Responsible for the efficient management of the General Ledger section Analyze Monthly expense variance and Reconcile Balance sheet accounts Maintain detailed schedule of all balance sheet accounts Performing the month end and year end closing process Generate financial statements and footnotes to the financial statements Prepare for the audit work on assigned areas of responsibility Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies on General ledger Perform Additional duties assigned time to time to support the business. Qualifications and requirements : Min 12 + experience of accounting experience in Accounts Payable & General Ledger Min 5+ of accounting experience in Hospital / Healthcare Proven experience of General Ledger in Oracle EBS R12 and closing of books of accounts Experience in working with internationally accepted accounting principles. Handling Routine Payable work thereby ensure the smooth running of the AP section Ensure booking of all external invoices and internal expense claims reimbursement Responsible for the efficient management of the purchase ledger Performing the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers Maintain excellent working relationship with external supplier and internal client Ad-hoc duties to support the business.
