Dubai -Seeking experienced international energy (oil & gas experienced) corporate lawyer with exposure to maritime and multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration, for a Multinational Group of Companies with head offices in UAE.Seeking an energetic candidate with good interpersonal skills to work with company senior management on drafting and negotiating important energy sector contracts and transactions.Excellent negotiation and drafting skills as well as experience working independently will be required. Strong time management skills and a natural curiosity as well as the ability to prioritize will be needed in this busy and varied practice.The ideal candidate will have 10 – 15 years of post-call related experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house department and strong academic credentials. Dubai -Key Responsibilities Monitor and reconcile assigned portfolio of internal accounts Monitor and release orders from credit hold according to corporate credit and collection policies and prepare risk analysis for management approval Support customer risk management by working with credit insurance and rating companies Prepare KPIs, periodic reporting and analysis.
