Should Have Minimum 2 Years Hands on Experience in IT Technical support. Job: Provide onsite support to clients as per scheduled by operations department. Min 2 years Strong expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting - Windows Servers. Min 3 years Strong expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting - network. Min 1 years Strong expertise in configuring, installing and troubleshooting - Backup systems & NAS devices. Min 2 years Hands on Experience & Good Knowledge on installing and maintaining MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP. Min 2 years Hands on Experience & Good Knowledge on Configuring & Maintain basic Routers & Switches. The capacity to work well on your own or in a team. Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively. Requirements: Must be Certified MCSE /MCSA. Should Have Minimum 2 Years Hands on Experience in IT Technical support. Good Knowledge of IT Technologies & products. Good Command over English Language is a must. Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment. Excellent professional image. Optional: Hands on Experience & Knowledge on Virtualization – installation & management. Min 2 years Hands on Experience & Good Knowledge on cabling & network devices. Cisco/ A+, Storage and ITIL are added advantage. Valid UAE Driving license is added advantage.
