Administrative & Director Assistant - -Dubai

Dubai -Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Senior Director Training Strategy & services and the General Manager of the Middle East Operations and their respective leadership teams. Manage agenda and meetings in the calendar. Organize conference calls. Organize Off Site Meetings for the leadership team. Coordinate travel arrangements/logistics. Preparation and submission of reports and expense claims. Create spreadsheets in Excel, edit and create letters in Word. Create PowerPoint presentations. Handle confidential information for the department. Organize and maintain personnel records. Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules). Ensure visa processing and medical insurance is on track. Applying for staff access card and collecting card. Execute any other ad-hoc tasks requested by the leaders. Requirements: Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role Frequent travels between Dubai - and Abu Dhabi Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills 4 years previous experience as an administrative assistant Multitasking skills.
