SharjahAED1,400 - AED1,800 a monthJOB PURPOSE: Responsible for repairing, installation and maintenance of the facility’s air conditioning systems.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to calls from TFM (Al Thuriah Facilities Management) call center needed repair and maintenance on their air conditioners.Asks questions to determine nature of problem and make mental notes to choose the correct tools to take along.Provides customers with information on how installation will take place and what materials will be used.Writes down a list of material and supplies needed for installation purposes and order them from facility coordinator.Installs air conditioners in houses and commercial buildings by following standard installation protocols.Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition.Repairs air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.Performs maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.Replaces AC systems that are not in a fixable condition.Provides customers with information on operating air conditioning systems to derive complete benefit from them.Salary and benefits: AED 1400 - 1800 + Accommodation + Transportation + InsuranceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED1,400.00 to AED1,800.00 /monthExperience:AC Technician: 3 years (Preferred)
