Abu DhabiMUST have Experience in - HVAC IndustryResponsibilities:Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.Supervise the production process.Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. Maintain and conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant.Monitor and control property temperature. Monitor and analyse energy and utilities usage.Calibrate all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems or electronic wiring. Dubai -AED1,400 - AED1,800 a monthJOB PURPOSE: Responsible for repairing, installation and maintenance of the facility’s air conditioning systems.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to calls from TFM call center needed repair and maintenance on their air conditioners.Asks questions to determine nature of problem and make mental notes to choose the correct tools to take along.Provides customers with information on how installation will take place and what materials will be used.Writes down a list of material and supplies needed for installation purposes and order them from facility coordinator.Installs air conditioners in houses and commercial buildings by following standard installation protocols.Test installed air conditioners to ensure that they are in proper working condition.Repairs air conditioning units by performing analysis and troubleshooting activities.Performs maintenance activities such as cleaning AC grills and filters on installed air conditioning systems.Replaces AC systems that are not in a fixable condition.Provides customers with information on operating air conditioning systems to derive complete benefit from them.Salary and benefits: AED 1400 - 1800 + Accommodation + Transportation + InsuranceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: AED1,400.00 to AED1,800.00 /monthLocation:Dubai - (Preferred)
