The Candidate We are looking for a Full-time Accounts/Administrator for our Head office in Dubai -, with key responsibilities including but not limited to: Accounting: Manage the daily operations of the accounting department of the company. This includes month and year-end processes, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, bank reconciliation, general ledger, payroll and utilities. Ensure that proper accounting methods, policies and principles are being followed and implemented. Monitor all account payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts. Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required. Maintain sub ledger for fixed assets. Evaluate all physical contracts with products and billing plans. Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports. Prepare accumulators.Assist the accountant with other accounting related works.
