And ensuring to achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.Interacting and maintaining relationships with Banks. Ensuring the proper flow of information at all times.*Responsible for verifying the belowa. Invoices / Pro-forma invoice for clients (FM, FLS, WT)b. Verifying Entered LPO from Client into the system (Sales LPOs) Preparing Credit and Debit notec. Validating the TAX Invoices after Material Delivery and getting a collection of original cheque/Paymentsd. Planning Stock Entries, issuance, Quarterly Inventory check/ Stocktaking.· Posting of supplier invoicing, daily /weekly /monthly· Maintaining PDC Cheques from clients received· Arrange costing of incoming inventories for the company and support the storekeeper in updating the stocks· Communication with the client for collection & material delivery and posting them into the system.· Posting Petty Cash & Reimbursement (Office, Procurement, PRO, Engineers)· Managing and updating the AMC contract log, invoice accordingly and advise the team prior to contract expiry· Prepare Fuel & maintenance allowances for Company vehicles, Payments and Expense for Related Divisions· Review and suggest adjustment for error and unbalanced transactions· Prepare Telecommunication Bills Register by Division· Monitor Project Orders and Sales Orders· Preparing Daily reports for collection for the current and previous yearBuilding relationships with new Banks and negotiating better terms on facilities.Reviewing of payroll/end of service and approving the same after ensuring the accuracy of the data entered.Ensuring updated records (Trade licenses, Passport & Emirates ID) for our suppliers/customers.Seeking out methods for minimizing financial risk to the companyCollaborating with other departments (Sales, Operations, Procurement) to ensure the processes and controls are updated in line with the company growth plan.Assisting in designing department KPIs, and conduct performance evaluations/assessments of employees reporting directly and provide them with ongoing feedback on their performance.Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.ONLY THE ELIGIBLE EXPERIENCE GENERAL ACCOUNTANT CANDIDATE NEED TO APPLY.
