Job Duties : • Prepare all the required documents related to the shipment & customs. • Dealing with the shipping companies & follow the offers shipping quotes. • Sending the insurance request related to the shipments & following up and reviewing the invoices related to the shipments. • Dealing with the factory to follow the order. • Preparing the support documents. • Doing customer’s revealed account. • Follow the movement of the warehouses of the company’s own stores abroad. Requirements : • University graduate, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance Major. • Excellent command of written and spoken English and additional language is preferred. • Previous experience in export and import Companies. • Excellent computer skills. • Excellent knowledge of Excel. • Ability to work under pressure. • Good problem solver. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Communication skills. • Excellent understanding of logistics. • Excellent research skills. • Awareness of global trade agreements. • Business language and international business etiquette.
