Dubai -We are looking for a Senior Officer – Tenant Relations to join our Retail team. The Senior Officer – Tenant Relations will be responsible for supporting and assisting the tenant’s relationship of the assigned asset and ensuring compliance of all tenants under the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, mall regulations, HSE and local authorities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITES Organizing town hall meetings with all tenants to enhance relationship, discuss Sales performance and operations, and arrange meetings with new tenantsBeing the key point of contact for retailers/tenants ensuring mall management objectives are clearly understood & tenant grievances heard & addressed efficiently through emails, memos, letters, phone calls and face to face correspondence. All tenant enquiries to be addressed within 24 hours.Influencing tenant relationships in order to assist all tenants to keep their stores presented well, clean, maintenance free and safe at all times.Delivering high levels of customer service and experience by dealing will all customer queries and mediating between the tenant, customer and / or authorities if necessary to seek a satisfactory solution or resolution for all parties.Assisting the back-office functions relating to collation and maintenance of tenants’ monthly sales records, footfall, sales performance, compliance documents and permits.Maintaining all tenant records in YARDI to Ensure all relevant information such as TL, Lease agreements is available in YARDI.
