Responsibilities: Organize periodic renewal of Company Licenses / Trade Licenses etc. Submission of correct documentation to the Ministry Of Labour for work permit applications, visa applications etc. Submission of correct documentation to obtain various company licenses and efficient collection of Licenses to take place when completed. Updating the system with the latest roles of the Immigration and Labour Offices. Handling the health Insurance (New and Renewal and Modification and Deletion) as its mandatory now for the visa process. Assisting in Manpower hiring/recruitment and staffing. Providing induction to new joiners and ensuring smooth integration into company. Minimum Requirements: Should possess strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law. About the Job: An opportunity has arisen in Engineering Department for a highly motivated and hardworking individual. The purposes of this position is to responsible for painting and decorative works. Perform all functions required in painting and decoration, which includes the maintenance and redecoration of all paintwork surfaces and performs other duties incidental to maintenance and repairs of the SBU. Perform any other duties as required by the department. Your key duties will include: Checking and rectifying all the internal and external painting and decoration works. Ensure all the work order, PPM & CWA’s are executed and maintenance works as directed by the team leaders. To select correct material from engineering store and request for purchase for new items through the store keeper. To organise work in a skilled and professional manner. To advise supervisor promptly of any problem or challenges To ensure safe working condition for self, colleagues and property and report any unsafe working condition. To ensure the work area are left in a safe and tidy condition. Read and understand basic drawings Be familiar with and comply with all relevant Engineering Department Policies, Process and Procedures. Ensure par level is maintained for fast moving paints and polishes items in the stores. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years hotel engineering or general engineering Good command in English (spoken and written) Painting /Decorator skills. Paint knowledge. Brush Skills To carry out skilled maintenance and repairs under direction and supervision.
