Job Duties : Leads and directs the Nursing service provision within allocated facility and in collaboration with the Clinical Coordinator’s from other facilities of the company to ensure standardization. Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the interdisciplinary team. Assists in the safe, effective and efficient management of the department with allocated resources. Promotes good health and well–being through education. Understands, supports and promotes the mission, vision and values of the facility. Adheres to and promotes the applicable professional codes of conduct. Qualifications and requirements : Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and with M.Sc or relevant post graduate degree/diploma. Evidence of completion of discipline specific specialist courses At least 2 years in Clinical Nurse Coordinator position or not less than 3 years in a Charge/Head Nurse position. At least 6 years clinical experience in a large hospital or rehabilitation facility with relevant experience with patients with neurological disorders including stroke Evidence of progression in advancing leadership/senior roles and responsibilities. Excellent in communication skills and competent with computers especially MS Office. Teaching and mentoring Audits and service improvements.
