Executive Assistant to Principal/CEO - MTS - -Dubai
Dubai -About the Role You will be responsible to facilitate and coordinate all Executive Assistant and administrative functions to support the Principal/CEO and academic team. Act as an ambassador of the school and perform in an efficient, professional, confidential manner and to promote the fulfillment of the school's vision. Maintain a wide variety of complex manual and electronic documents files and records (e.g. calendars, contacts, time sheets, personnel files, correspondence files) Prepare agendas and process minutes of meetings at the direction of the Principal/CEO.
