Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties with the marketing team. Assess buyers' needs and locate properties for their consideration. Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option. Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale. Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. Interpersonal Skills Required: Proactive. Passionate about Real Estate.
