Dubai -AED4,500 - AED5,000 a monthReceive visitors of the company and or walk in guests/queries.Process receipt of deliveries.Provide assistance to the sales team regarding quotation, purchase order and delivery notes.Update the supplier catalog every month depending on the new information received from sales team.Ensure the normal use of administrative equipment such as printer, telephone, personal computer, fax machine etc.Monitor the stock for office supplies and inform the Procurement Manager the requirement to purchase.Assist the Hiring Manager when there is a personnel recruitment.Answer the phone calls.Submit the summary of work done for the day (either pending, on going or completed)Update the daily statistics of fleet management.Comply and assist with the temporary work to be assigned by the supervisor.Prepare the conference room for company meeting.Update the office supplies record.Place the order for staff lunch meal on a daily basis.Preferably Chinese or Russian speaker only.With experience in Reception or Admin work for at least 2 years, with pleasing personality preferably with Chinese language skills but not mandatory.CV to be submitted should be with photo.
